Address, Mail & Visiting Guide

Physical mail is not accepted at the institution. Address personal mail to: Inmate's full name + DC number, PO Box 23608, Tampa, FL 33623. It is scanned and sent to the inmate's tablet or kiosk. Send it by U.S. Postal Service in a standard envelope with your name and return address; boxes, padded or multi-layer envelopes and similar packaging are rejected and returned. Mail should be written in English, Spanish or Creole.

Visitors must be approved by the Florida Department of Corrections before the first visit. Schedules can vary by institution, dorm and custody level, so call ahead or check the official FDC page before you travel.
