How to Send Mail

Personal mail, cards and photos go to the ODRC Mail Processing Center, not the facility: Inmate Name & Number, ODRC Mail Processing Center (OMPC), 884 Coitsville-Hubbard Road, Youngstown, OH 44505. Legal/business mail only: 1990 Harmon Ave, Columbus, OH 43223.

Visiting

Visits are scheduled through the ViaPath/GTL visitation portal. Video visits: scheduled through GTL. Visits for patients at OSU Wexner Medical Center run 8 AM–8 PM in 2-hour blocks.

Phone calls, video visits and e-messages for Ohio prisons run through ViaPath (formerly GTL).
