How it works
Click the button below and enter the email address you used at checkout. Stripe, our payment provider, will email you a secure link. From there you can cancel, update your card, and download receipts. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What this covers: monthly plans only: Featured Profile ($9.99/month) and Get Notified ($2.99/month). One-time purchases (Full Profile, Keep Unlocked, profile unlocks, a 6-month Featured plan) don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be charged again after I cancel?
No. Once cancelled, your plan runs until the end of the period you've already paid for and then stops. You won't be billed again.
I didn't get the email from Stripe.
Check spam, and make sure you used the same email address you entered at checkout. If it still doesn't arrive, email submissions@inmateconnection.org and we'll help.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll take a look.
