Upstate Correctional Facility
Address, Mail & Visiting Guide

Address mail to: Inmate's full name + DIN, Upstate Correctional Facility, 309 Bare Hill Road, P.O. Box 2000, Malone, NY 12953. This is the address DOCCS lists for the facility. DOCCS rules on what can be sent (photos, books, packages, and anything else) are strict and change, so confirm them on the official DOCCS page before you send anything.

Visitors must be approved by DOCCS before the first visit. Visiting days and hours differ by facility (many split visits by the first letter of the last name or the last digit of the DIN), and DOCCS posts a current visiting schedule on each facility's page. Check it and call ahead before you travel.

Confirm the current phone, tablet and video vendor on the official DOCCS page, since these can change.
